Shipping Policy

Duties & Taxes

  • We include the cost of all duties and taxes in your order, so you won't need to pay any additional fees if you are located within European Union.

    If you are ordering from outside the European Union, the price you pay to THOMASINE will exclude all extra import duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order

     

Shipping Information

  • Shipping costs can vary depending on your location.

  • Returns worldwide - with second shipping for free, if returned product within the 14 day policy.

  • You will receive an estimated delivery window in your order confirmation email

  • We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  •  Thank you for supporting  an independent brand!

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns policy

Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure your request can be processed as quickly as possible:

  • You must return a product within 14 days of delivery, for exchange of product or cancellation.

  • The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • You cannot return items that have been made to order or personalised for you.

  • Accepted returned items will be credited to the payment method used to originally purchase the items within 2 working days of receiving the return. Refunds to a credit or debit card can take up to 10 working days. Any original shipping charges will not ordinarily be refunded.

  • All questions and inquiries are handled by our expert customer service team, so please contact us with any questions on SALES so we can help you.

 

 

Faulty Goods

  • If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 14 days from the date you received it, via email to SALES. Please include a photo and description of the fault.

  • We will arrange a refund or replacement for you.

  • If you have had the item for over 14 days we will look into this for you.

  • Please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have owned longer than 6 months.

  • Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
